Create Local Marketing · Inside Marketing
Local video does not need a complicated concept to be useful. Begin with a question the team hears from customers, then give one clear answer in the voice of a real person who knows the work.
Choose one job for each video
A short video may introduce a service, show what to expect at an appointment, explain how a process works, or introduce the people customers will meet. Keep the goal narrow enough that viewers can understand the message without already knowing the business.
Make the people and setting feel real
Use the actual team, tools and place when permission and production conditions allow. Capture clean audio before adding visual polish. Frame the speaker for a phone screen, keep important action away from interface overlays, and add accurate captions so the story still works without sound.
Plan where the story will live
One shoot can produce a website clip, a longer social post and shorter edits, but each version should fit its destination. Give viewers a relevant next step: read the service details, ask a question, make a booking or visit the location.
High-quality production is not about making every business look the same. It is about helping people understand the people, place and work behind a local brand.
