Build local ideas together

Bring the local idea. Build the growth system together.

Have a business, service or platform idea rooted in a real local need? Propose a partnership where the local operator contributes market knowledge and execution, and Create Local Marketing may contribute the marketing system and technology needed to test and grow it.

The contribution can be the system—not a cash check.

Our partnership model can combine a local partner’s operational time, industry expertise, customer insight, community relationships, existing business assets or content with Create Local Marketing’s strategy, website, SEO, content, social, video, advertising, automation and technology capabilities. The exact contribution is negotiated for each opportunity.

This is not a public promise of cash investment. A submitted idea is not automatically accepted, funded, built, launched or granted access to CLM systems. Any approved project proceeds only under written terms that define ownership, cost allocation, responsibilities, territory, use of data and brand assets, marketing commitments, revenue sharing, compliance review and exit rights.

How a proposal moves from idea to decision.

  1. Submit the opportunity: describe the local problem, audience, market and partner contribution.
  2. Fit review: we check strategic fit, available evidence, local execution capacity, data rights, competitive context and conflicts.
  3. Discovery and market audit: if there is a fit, define the opportunity, serviceable geography, customer journey, economics, risks and minimum viable test.
  4. Written partnership proposal: agree who contributes what, who owns the assets, how costs and revenue are handled, and what decision gates apply.
  5. Limited pilot: launch a measured pilot with defined service boundaries and success criteria before discussing expansion.

We may decline, defer or request additional information. No party should incur project expenses or make public claims on behalf of the other before written authorization.

What makes a strong local partnership proposal?

  • A clearly described group of people with a problem or unmet need.
  • Evidence from customer conversations, existing operations, search demand or public data.
  • A specific local partner who can operate, validate or serve the market.
  • A practical first offer or service that can be tested without overbuilding.
  • A credible plan for content, business facts, privacy, licensing and customer support.
  • A reason the CLM marketing system, tools or technology creates a meaningful advantage.

Ideas can include a local service business, a vertical directory, an education or media property, a community marketplace or a platform that connects verified local operators with people already searching for help.
